Oh it feels so good to be back! I’m playing around with my inking style and workflow, so if things look different, that’s why.
I know I did this already, but I want to thank everyone who keeps reading. It’s nice to see that line graph in my stats plug-in grow, so thanks.
A thing I found recently, that some of you might find interesting: Star Wars: Machete Order. The page is a bit of a textwall, but what it proposes is an alternate viewing order for the Star Wars films, that allows each of them to have the highest emotional impact, and is a tighter overall story. One of the ways it does this is by removing The Phantom Menace entirely. Also it puts Episodes 2 and 3 between Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, with some neat parallels showing up because of it. It doesn’t fix any of the Red-Letter Media Flaws in the prequil films, but it does put them in the best possible light. I really want to give this a try now, and I had basically moved on.
2 was the worst and had the least impacted on the story line why would any one pick 2 over 1. Also 1 plot line was salvageable well 2 is complete garbage whoever wrote that is a fool.
Ok he was right on 1 not having much to do with the story and being a lame film but 2 is unwatchable.
*shrugs* I’d agree that Attack of the Clones, makes the most deviations from the original trilogy, and the writing is pretty awful. It is, however, the only one of the three prequels where Anakin is even remotely likable.
